Who we are

This policy applies to MadeByAviStudio.com, operated by Made By Avi Studio and published by TIM Publishing / TIM Media Group. Questions or privacy requests can be emailed to admin@theintentmindset.com.

Information we collect

The site does not offer user accounts or an online cart. The contact form opens a draft in your own email app; the website does not receive or store the form fields. If you choose to send that email, we receive the information in your message and may keep it only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations.

Newsletter signup is for adults only. When submitted, the form sends a parent or guardian’s name, email address, and adult confirmation to MailerLite for subscription management. MailerLite’s own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Automatic technical information

Made By Avi Studio does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or profiling tools. The website itself does not set cookies. A future hosting provider may process routine server-log information—such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and date and time—to deliver and secure the site. Those logs should be retained according to the provider’s operational and security practices.

External links and media

Amazon and YouTube links open third-party websites, where their own privacy policies apply. Video thumbnails are served locally; the site does not load a YouTube player, script, or cookie before you choose to follow a YouTube link.

Children’s Privacy

This website is made for families, but its forms are intended only for adults. We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, messages, or other personal information. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of external links. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, email admin@theintentmindset.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information you have sent to the studio, request correction or deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary for legitimate records and security.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled, but no online or email system is completely secure. We may update this policy as services change. The updated date below will show when revisions were made.
