These terms explain the ground rules for using MadeByAviStudio.com and its creative content.
Using this site
MadeByAviStudio.com is operated by Made By Avi Studio and published by TIM Publishing / TIM Media Group. You may browse the site and use any material specifically offered for personal, family, classroom, library, or other noncommercial use, subject to any instructions shown with that material. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use its content in unlawful, harmful, misleading, or exploitative ways.
Creative and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site’s books, characters, artwork, photographs, writing, activities, branding, logos, design, and other original content belong to Made By Avi Studio, TIM Publishing, their creators, or other identified rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred to you. Copying, selling, republishing, adapting, or using protected material commercially requires written permission, except where law allows otherwise.
Products and Coming Soon content
Only products with an active purchase link are offered for sale. “Coming Soon” pages, concepts, covers, features, audio plans, prices, dates, and availability are previews only and may change or be withdrawn. Purchases made through a third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s terms, pricing, shipping, returns, and privacy practices.
External websites
The site links to services such as Amazon and YouTube for convenience. Made By Avi Studio does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or practices. Review their terms before using them.
Wellness and educational disclaimer
Affirmation, feelings, prayer or reflection, and emotional-learning content is provided for general educational and supportive purposes. It is not medical care, diagnosis, therapy, counseling, crisis support, or a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified professional. Adults should use their judgment and seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Made By Avi Studio and TIM Publishing disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update the site and these terms as the studio grows. Continuing to use the site after an update means the revised terms apply from their posted date. Questions about permissions or these terms can be emailed to admin@theintentmindset.com.
